Do the plans have different features?
No. Every plan includes everything Conduit does; plans differ only in how many people can sign in.
Is there a setup fee?
For manufacturers, yes: a one-time fee of $1,500 to $5,000, depending on the size of your catalog. Dealer plans have no setup fee.
Are there fees on online payments?
When your customers pay online, Conduit takes 1.5% of each payment and Stripe takes its standard processing fee, both out of the payment. Your customer pays no surcharge, and cash and checks you record cost nothing.
Do my dealers need their own plan?
Yes. Each dealer has their own Conduit account, on whichever plan fits their team.
