Once your customer signs and pays the deposit, the quote becomes a job. Order from your manufacturers, follow each order to your door and schedule the install, all from the quote you already wrote.
Ordering
Place one order with each manufacturer you're connected to in Conduit. It's made from the signed quote: every window's room, size, options and details. The manufacturer confirms it with a ship date, and you see when it ships.

Set the install date with a time window and who's installing. The calendar shows the month's installs beside the dates your orders ship and arrive, so nobody promises a day that can't work.

On every job
A conversation for each order, and questions about any window on a quote before you order, emailed to whoever needs to answer.
Mark each line received, missing or damaged, with a note, so the manufacturer knows exactly what to fix.
Conduit suggests the install timeframe from your manufacturers' lead times while you write the quote.
Their account shows when production started, when it's ready to schedule and the install date, and they're emailed when the install is set or moves. They can message you from it too.
Questions
When it's signed and the deposit set on the quote has been paid. A bank payment still clearing doesn't count yet. An admin can also start a job by hand, for a deposit paid some other way.
Manufacturers that share their price list with you in Conduit. For anything else, you order the way you do today and tick each line off on the job, so it still shows what's left to order.
The order: products, sizes, options and details, with room names as you typed them. Never your customer, your prices, your notes or their payments.
In their account: when production started, when it's ready to schedule, and the install date and time. Never the manufacturer, a cost, or when parts reach you.
